Mathematics and Science

The purpose of the Math and Science Department is to broadly train students in the biological sciences so that they will be prepared to pursue graduate work, medical studies, research, or vocations in industry, governmental agencies, education, and other related areas.

A second mission of the Math and Science Department is to provide a variety of liberal arts courses to support the general education programs of the College and to assist students in developing basic math skills they can apply to their programs of study.

The Math and Science Department strives to integrate biblical studies with math and science to develop excellence in academics and personal character. Our goal is that students will have a vibrant spiritual life showing developing skills in evangelism and discipleship and that students will become confident, competent leaders in their vocations.
