BIO 232 - Laboratory Techniques

This course provides hands-on training in fundamental methods used in biological and chemical laboratories. Topics include microscopy, solution preparation, centrifugation, spectrophotometry, electrophoresis, and sterile technique. Students develop technical skills, data recording practices, and an understanding of lab safety and proper equipment use essential for scientific research.

Prerequisite: BIO 143 and BIO 143L
