This course provides a deeper analysis of the problems and issues frequently encountered in the creation, growth, and ongoing management of an entrepreneurial venture or small business. The course acquaints students with the case analysis approach and covers a wide variety of topics such as feasibility analysis, legal concerns, marketing, accounting, personnel management, innovation and governance.
