PST 342 - Principles of Ministry Leadership

Biblical principles for leading and administering a local church’s ministry are explored. The course examines vision casting, goal setting, motivation, decision making, organization, working with boards and committees, leadership development, and the management of change and conflict in a local church. (Offered online concurrent with internships for Intercultural Studies Major (B.S.), Next Generation Ministry Leadership Major (B.S.), Pastoral Leadership Major (B.A.), Youth/Social Ministry Major (B.S.) and Worship Ministry Major (B.S.)).
