The Master of Arts in Global Leadership is designed to:

Prepare students for cross-cultural ministry under missionary sending agencies and denominations, such as The Christian and Missionary Alliance
Facilitate a comprehension of culture in general
Promote an understanding of the interplay among culture, gospel, and ministry

Required Courses for the Global Leadership M.A. Degree

I. Core Phase - 12 Credits

GRD 5014 - Organizational Communication 3 Credits
GRD 5017 - Theoretical and Spiritual Foundations of Leadership 3 Credits
GRD 5211 - Academic Writing for Evaluation and Research 3 Credits

II. Research Core - 9 Credits

GRD 5015 - Introduction to Social Science Research Methods 3 Credits
GRD 5212 - Research Design 3 Credits

GRD 5310 - Program Planning and Evaluation 3 Credits
GRD 5312 - Integrated Research Study 3 Credits

III. Global Leadership Concentration Option - 15 Credits:
