The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership is designed to:
- Integrate knowledge and skills within the context of management and leadership
- Prepare leaders to meet the challenges of a changing administrative environment
- Promote leadership styles that will produce effective organizations
- Facilitate learning that will allow students to develop an understanding of the needs for leadership in different types of organizations
