The Master of Arts in Global Leadership is designed to:

Prepare students for cross-cultural ministry under missionary sending agencies and denominations, such as The Christian and Missionary Alliance
Facilitate a comprehension of culture in general
Promote an understanding of the interplay among culture, gospel, and ministry
