The Crown College Graduate School of Counseling stands as a powerful extension of the college’s unwavering mission to provide a Biblically-based education for Christian leadership - not only within The Christian and Missionary Alliance but also in the church-at-large and throughout the world. Rooted in the vision to be the Midwest’s boldly Christian college, the Graduate School of Counseling exemplifies this purpose by preparing students to serve as compassionate, skilled, and faith-driven mental health professionals.

The Master of Arts in Counseling (MAC) program furthers this mission by equipping future counselors with clinical excellence, ethical integrity, and leadership capabilities, all while integrating Christian principles into their practice. The program emphasizes evidence-based techniques, ensuring graduates are not only spiritually grounded but also highly effective in providing care to a diverse, multicultural, and global society. In alignment with Christ’s call to love and uplift the marginalized, the MAC program instills a deep commitment to valuing and advocating for people groups who have been historically persecuted, disempowered, mistreated, or overlooked.

Through this intentional blend of rigorous academic preparation, practical skill development, and a Christ-centered heart for service, the Graduate School of Counseling empowers its students to lead and counsel with both professional competence and unwavering compassion - fulfilling Crown College’s mission to create Christian leaders who impact the world for God’s glory.
