Biological and Health Sciences

The purpose of the Biological and Health Sciences Department is to train students in science so that they will be prepared to pursue graduate work, medical studies, research or vocations in industry, governmental agencies, education and other related areas.

A second mission of the Biological and Health Sciences Department is to provide a variety of liberal arts courses to support the general education programs of the College and to assist students in developing basic math skills they can apply to their programs of study.

Our department strives to integrate biblical studies with math and science to develop excellence in academics and personal character. Our goal is that students will become confident and competent leaders in their vocations as well as developing a vibrant spiritual life.
