CHM 395 - Ministry Internship Debrief: Integration and Reflection

This capstone course provides a structured opportunity for students to process, evaluate, and integrate their ministry internship experiences. Through guided reflection and peer dialogue, students examine the challenges and successes of their fieldwork, articulate key lessons learned, and connect practical experiences with biblical, theological, and leadership foundations. Emphasis is placed on vocational discernment, identifying patterns of personal and spiritual growth, and refining a holistic philosophy of ministry.
