SMC 200 - Introduction to Sport Leadership

This course introduces students to the fundamentals of leadership in sport and coaching through Christian worldview. Emphasis is placed on servant leadership, character development, and ethical decision-making grounded in faith. Through interactive exercises, role-playing, and reflective practice, students will learn to lead with integrity, humility, and purpose - building team culture that honors both performance excellence and spiritual values.
