This course advances executive communication skills for effective and persuasive vision casting, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, messaging, and crisis communication - both internal and external to an organization. Focus areas include digital communication tools, cross-cultural interactions, professional writing skills, and leadership storytelling to drive product-driven roadmaps and value creation in business contexts.
