3 Credits This introductory master’s level course is intended for students who are not familiar with the Hmong language and are learning Hmong as a foreign language. Students will learn the Romanized Popular Alphabet (RPA) version of the Hmong Language to prepare them to acquire reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
