This course explores strategic marketing and sales management in today’s digital and globally connected business environment, with a focus on product management and value creation. Students learn to develop integrated strategies for market analysis, customer engagement, sales optimization, and product lifecycle management. A distinctive emphasis is placed on ethical branding-ensuring that marketing practices reflect integrity, authenticity, and transparency in alignment with Christian values. Topics include digital marketing trends, sales techniques, product development strategies, ethical brand positioning, customer journey mapping, and continuous improvement practices to achieve business-led outcomes in global markets.
