This course emphasizes the strategic management of talent by recognizing individuals as uniquely gifted contributors whose skills and abilities drive organizational success. Students explore advanced practices in talent acquisition, development, retention, and optimization, while cultivating cultures of trust rooted in stewardship, integrity, accountability, and transparency. Key topics include workforce planning, leadership development, team formation, development and dynamics, organizational change, and performance management systems that align people’s talents with organizational goals. Integrating Christian principles, the course equips leaders to steward human potential responsibly, fostering environments where both individuals and organizations can flourish in service, purpose, and impact.
