EED 361 - Kindergarten Methods

This course is designed to survey current methods, materials, and research as they relate to the teaching of children in kindergarten. Students learn various techniques for developing the pedagogical skills needed to be effective kindergarten teachers. Curriculum planning and assessment strategies are developed. Field experience in an approved site is a required element of this course and must be taken concurrently with the EED 361C Kindergarten Practicum.
