THE 435 - The Alliance and Modern Church Movements

The course examines the recent history and theology of evangelical Christianity, with a specific focus on how the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA) grew out of that milieu. Students are introduced to the background, theological emphases, and vision of the C&MA denomination, in addition to exploring their own ecclesiological theology and vision for Christ’s Church. Fee.

Prerequisite: Intercultural Studies Major (B.S.), Ministry Studies Major, Pastoral Leadership Concentration (B.S.), Ministry Studies Major, Worship Ministry Concentration (B.S.) and Ministry Studies Major, Youth & Next Generation Concentration (B.S.) only.
