EED 459 - Student Teaching: Elementary School

SPRING

Direct teaching experience in grades 1-6 (may include Kindergarten) for elementary education majors. Student teachers observe, participate, teach and engage in extra-class activities under the supervision of selected cooperating teachers and a teacher education faculty member in an approved elementary classroom for a minimum of 12 weeks.

Prerequisite: Admission to student teaching.
