The Business Internship allows students to gain practical, hands-on experience in various business sectors. This course requires 120 hours, where students will apply theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom to real-world business challenges. Under the supervision of a faculty advisor/coordinator and an on-site mentor, students will work in various areas such as management, marketing, finance, human resources, and operations, depending on their interests and career goals. Students will develop critical problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Regular reflections, progress reports, and evaluations will ensure that the internship experience aligns with academic and professional learning objectives. This course is designed to enhance students’ readiness for a successful career in business management by encouraging professional growth and offering valuable networking opportunities. Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory grading only.
