ENG 347 - Professional and Technical Writing

This course prepares students to write effectively in various professional and business settings, church and ministry contexts, and other practical and technical venues. The course helps students communicate for both print mediums and digital spaces, introducing them to the foundations of powerful written expression for the 21st century. Key concepts of professional writing, revising, and editing will be applied through various media and technologies including but not limited to infographics, podcasts, multimedia presentations, technical instructions, and documentation. A final portfolio will allow students to create well-polished documents for the job market and their future careers.
