MAT 2233 - Inferential Statistics

This course is a continuation of MAT 2232 - Descriptive Statistics. The basic concepts and techniques of statistical inference are introduced. Concepts include hypothesis testing, 1 & 2 sample t-tests, matched pair 2 sample t-tests, chi-square tests, ANOVA analysis and multiple regression analysis. The course incorporates 4 applied analysis projects using different inferential methods. May not be taken in addition to MAT 226 - Applied Statistics.
