EDU 316F - Educating Diverse Learners Field Experience

As a requirement of the EDU 316 - Educating Diverse Learners course, teacher candidates complete a ten-hour field experience in a special education school setting. Teacher candidates work with teachers and students in a classroom that serves students with disabilities. Cooperating teachers complete an evaluation of performance and teaching potential. This experience explores understanding students with diverse learning, behavior, and physical abilities. Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory grading.
