BUS 351 - Marketing Management 3 Credits SPRING
This course is focused on the strategic and operational aspects of managing brands and product lines throughout their life cycles. Students explore key concepts in building brand equity, positioning products effectively in the market, and making strategic decisions about product launches, extensions, and portfolio management. The course often covers methods for analyzing consumer perceptions, adapting to changing market trends, and aligning brand strategies with company goals. By the end, students gain practical skills in managing both established and new brands. This course may not be taken in addition to SMG 350 - Sport Marketing .
