This course introduces students to knowledge, tools, and process designed to bring transformation and renewal to organizations experiencing plateau or decline. This is a practitioner’s class and students will learn how to evaluate their organization while also developing core leadership disciplines that will allow them to lead organizations into a new season of thriving.
