CHM 328 - The Great Commission

FALL and SPRING

A study of the Great Commission and the role of the Christian in making the Good News of Christ known in various contexts. Includes study of the biblical foundation for the Gospel throughout the Old and New Testaments, an introduction to the history of the spread of the Gospel, as well as the biblical basis and contemporary theory for the spread of the Gospel. Attention will also be given to the growth of the Gospel around the world. Students will be challenged to engage in the fulfillment of the Great Commission, with particular consideration to how preparation for their own calling and career can be used by God to spread the Gospel.
