EXS 5014 - Applied Nutrition for Performance

The student will gain an understanding of the nutritional influences on sport performance. The student will become familiar with nutritional software to develop sound nutritional meal plans for athletes. The student will understand the role of WADA in governing banned substances. The student will also develop skill sets to determine quackery in claims and product information.
