MED 451 - Middle School Student Teaching for Elementary Education Majors

Direct teaching experience in grades 7 or 8 for elementary education majors. Students observe, participate, teach and engage in extra-class activities under the supervision of selected cooperating teachers and a teacher education faculty member in an approved middle school for a minimum of 4 weeks.

Prerequisite: Admission to Student Teaching.

Corequisite: EDU 455
